Life Coaching is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.

It typically starts by understanding what you truly desire, your North, and then over the course of our sessions together build plans and actions to get you to live the life you want! My role in this is to be your biggest supporter so that you stay on track with your commitments to YOU.

The first session is complementary to see if we are a? good energetical fit to do this very sacred work to uncover your heart’s desires. It is inevitable that you are raw and real with yourself and that involves that you develop a trusting relationship with me as your coach to hold the space you need to grow.

Basically, everyone can benefit from a coach. Coaches get coached too, and maybe more than non-coaches as we truly know the powers of what it means to work with a coach if you want breakthroughs. I am a certified coach from iPEC since Sept 24th 2014
